Well, it got me. I'm sick. I woke up this morning with good intentions. Made the oatmeal, drank the coffee, had the bags all ready packed. As the morning progressed the head cold I had been living with all week took a turn for the worse. Fighting through it for a local race wasn't going to do me any good, so hanging around cycling websites was my day today.
I think I just need one or two good days staying off the feet for it to clear up.
Now I'm off to the pharmacy to see if they have any boarder line legal cold meds, and cream to put on open sores for genitals
